These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") form a legally binding contract between Skyvis Media, through its subsidiary Skyvis Cuts ("Skyvis Cuts"), based in New York, and its clients ("Client"). This Agreement governs the use of Skyvis Cuts' video editing services. Access and use of our services signify the Client's agreement to these terms. Non-compliance requires immediate discontinuation of service use. Despite any service termination, obligations such as payment for completed work persist.

Intellectual Property Rights

Skyvis Cuts asserts ownership over all proprietary content and materials utilized in delivering its services, protected under copyright and trademark laws. However, custom-edited videos produced for clients transfer to the Client upon full payment, embodying the client's exclusive copyright. Our commitment to quality and innovation is embedded in our service, offered for your personal and professional growth.

Service Plans and Subscription Management

Skyvis Cuts offers diverse video editing packages designed to cater to varying client needs, from individual project edits to extensive monthly plans. Clients have the liberty to adjust their subscription level as per evolving requirements. Cancellation can be effected at any time, with a recommendation to notify us at least seven days before the billing cycle's end to avoid automatic renewal charges.

Refund Policy

Skyvis Cuts is dedicated to providing high-quality video editing services that meet the expectations of our clients. However, we understand that circumstances may change. While we do not offer refunds once a project has commenced due to the allocation of resources and effort, we encourage clients to reach out to us at [email protected] with any concerns or dissatisfaction as soon as possible. In such cases, we strive to find a satisfactory resolution, including revisions or adjustments to the service provided. Content Delivery and Feedback

Delivered content is deemed accepted if not reviewed or feedback provided within 48 hours. This policy facilitates the efficient management of the editing queue and ensures timely progress across projects. Ownership and Intellectual Property

Upon settlement of the billing cycle's charges, clients gain exclusive ownership of the finalized edited videos, excluding any proprietary tools or content employed by Skyvis Cuts in the editing process. This transfer of rights emphasizes our service's value addition to your creative and commercial endeavors.
